Pierre Wauters with Lisa Quinn on Saturday and Sunday 28/28 Feb in the food stalls and picnic area. Also at the dance party at the Boat House the night before.

We certainly enjoyed the rain, "Nelson style", heavy and persistent, on Friday night and all Saturday. Despite that, people had fun and danced madly to the groove of "Double Shot". Congratulations to Nic Galloway and Francesca Francine who won the prizes ("When The Tide Turns" CDs).

Tempo

A one-hour programme every other Tuesday at 8 PM hosted by Nelson composer/songwriter Pierre Wauters.

Why does everything have to fit into a genre? It doesn’t. Tempo is an hour of music that grabs the mould and gives it a good shake. You’ll hear an eclectic mix, mostly from Europe, some in English, some in French, some instrumental, to broaden your horizons and make you feel good. The show will also feature talks, interviews, news from overseas with an emphasis on French speaking countries, reviews of music gear and much more…

Well, that’s the plan anyway but anything can happen. Tempo is a brand new programme and will be allowed to evolve with time. Check this out again later.
